Please note: It is not advisable to give out your passwords, Social Security Number (SSN), Student ID number, or any other personal information to unknown recipients. To protect yourself from account hacking, identity theft, and/or fraud, please refrain from giving out your personal information to any unknown third parties.
You must register for classes before you can activate your student email. You can register for classes at the following link: http://bluegrass.kctcs.edu/Admissions. To search the schedule of classes, please see the Registrar's Office website.
You can then activate your account via the User Account Center.

To reset your password, you will need to go to the User Account Center and provide only two of the following four options when prompted:
Filling out more than two options will sometimes result in error.

Mobile device configuration will vary depending on the device. Android and iPhone general instructions are listed below. For more detailed instructions on these (and other devices), visit the Microsoft Mobile Phone Setup Wizard.
The instructions below provide general guidance for both iPhone and Android. Keep in mind that the instructions are not version specific, so depending on which version of mobile device you use, some options may vary.
Note: All KCTCS owned devices should be password, or PIN protected. In addition, any personal device that is configured to receive mail from KCTCS.edu may be required to set an unlock PIN. It is the responsibility of all Faculty, Staff, and Students to responsibly maintain confidential information in a secure manner regardless of method of access.

On a Blackberry you may need to use the Blackberry website (https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html) for your cell phone provider.
You must choose a Microsoft Exchange account:
Your account will become inactive after you graduate. You will have a certain amount of time right after you graduate before it will become inactive.
If you are having trouble logging into Blackboard, please note that KCTCS Blackboard will be unavailable every Sunday 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. EST for regularly scheduled maintenance.
