  1. Licensure/Certification Pass Rates: Measured by the percent of first-time takers passing licensure and certification exams required by the profession for entry-level positions. These include the following:  Apprentice Cosmetologist, HVAC Journeyman, Dental Hygiene National Boards, ARRT Radiography, Respiratory Care CRT, NCLEX-ADN, NCLEX-PN, and Nurse Assistant/Aide. BCTC’s goal is to meet or exceed the average rate for all KCTCS colleges, as reported in KCTCS Performance Measures.
