Thank you for your continued support and involvement in ensuring student success. We understand that the process of guiding students through their college search can be overwhelming. We hope that the information below will help you simplify the process for students and get them excited about the road ahead.
We encourage you and your students to visit the college website for information regarding admissions, financial aid, programs of study, as well as transfer partnerships. The site has a wealth of information about our college as well as the online application for admission.
Should you or your students wish to visit one of our campuses, we would love to schedule a tour. A campus visit is the perfect opportunity to explore our facilities, meet our students, and see what Bluegrass has to offer. To schedule a group visit, please visit Request a Campus Visit.
Please not that the absolute deadline for incoming freshmen for Fall 2015 is July 15, 2015.
Bluegrass has moved to electronic student files. We would appreciate your assistance with this transition by submitting requested transcripts electronically. This can be done through Parchment or via email to our office email account if needed. As always, we are still accepting transcripts via direct mail. All students are required to submit a high school transcript with posted graduation date and test scores. For more information on the admissions process for incoming freshmen, please visit First-Time College Students.
As always, we want you and your students to have the information necessary to help guide the college search. If you, your colleagues, or students would like informational materials, please call 855-246-2477.
If your students are interested in dual credit or dual enrollment courses, please visit Opportunity College for additional information.
Each year, we look forward to the opportunity to celebrate the work you do for your students. It is also an opportunity to come together and reflect on our shared partnership in helping students achieve their goals. For the 2014-2015 academic year, the theme for the counselor luncheon was "Imagine More," an extension of our college re-branding that launched in 2014. Our Presidential Student Ambassadors hosted a program that focused on your role as a mentor, inspirational leader, and confidant. We encourage you to visit the link below to see what fun we had together!
