Operation Read is located in the basement of the Carnegie Center, at 251 West Second Street, between Market and Upper Streets. You can use the side door on Mill Street, and the office is the first door on the right.

• Travel south on I-75
• Take Exit 115
• Merge right onto Newtown Pike after exiting
• Travel south on Newtown Pike
• Turn Left on West Third Street
• Turn right on North Mill Street
• The Carnegie Library is on the left, prior to reaching West Second Street
• Operation Read is located in the basement of the Carnegie Library

From Richmond and points south

• Travel north on I-75
• Take Exit 110 towards Lexington
• Turn left on Winchester Road after exiting
• Travel west on Winchester Road
• Remain in right lane as Winchester Road merges into West Third Street
• Turn left on North Mill Street
• The Carnegie Library is on the left, prior to reaching West Second Street

From Frankfort and points west

• Travel east on I-64
• Take Exit 115
