1. What do you like most about working at BCTC?

I really enjoy the culture, my colleagues, and the opportunity to fully utilize my skills through my position, PD, and actively having a voice through serving on councils and boards at the College.

2. What is your favorite book?

Wouldn't Take Nothing for My Journey Now, by Maya Angelou. My mother gave me this book as a high school graduation present and it has really served as both a spiritual and personal roadmap for persevering through life's lessons.

3. If you could travel to any place or time in the world, where or when would it be?

I would travel back to 1963 when Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech during the March on Washington. Being noted as one of the finest speeches in the history of American oratory, I would love to have been a part of the March and speech that facilitated passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
