BCTC's Total Managed Print Solution (TMP) is a long-term strategy to manage and enhance copy/print services college-wide. BCTC partnered with Konica-Minolta to provide a comprehensive solution which increases equipment access, improves quality, seeks continuous improvement and efficiencies and reduces costs and BCTC's environmental footprint.

TMP provides numerous benefits which result from utilizing new technologies and sophisticated equipment, including:

  • Improved quality of output,
  • Increased access,
  • Lower supplies cost,
  • Reduced carbon footprint,
  • Improved budgetary control,
  • Outsourced printer repair service,
  • Faster service response,
  • No minimum clicks – we only pay for what we print

How does Total Managed Print (TMP) work?

Konica-Minolta provides certain services and equipment including:

  • Equipment: Laser Printers & Multi-Functional Printers (MFP's),
  • Service: Service for all devices (Lasers and MFP's),
  • Supplies: Provides all consumables except paper,
  • Accountability: Provides programming and support of EquiTrac tracking software,
