Workforce transitions is an initiative designed to award college credit for job skills and training received while on the job through BCTC or other certifying agency. Through the Career Development and Counseling Center, students receive assistance in selecting a career, as well as the job search process, including conducting job searches, completing job applications, writing a resume and cover letter, and interviewing.
