SNAP is the official Safety Notification Alert Process for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). SNAP alerts users to on-campus emergencies and college closings or delays for their respective college. Once students are admitted and create their user account, they can enroll their phone number and email address through this account to receive messages. Parents and guardians and other community members can also receive SNAP notifications by creating an account and enrolling a phone number and email.
