The Human Resources Department is committed to providing professional assistance to all employees of BCTC with any questions or concerns relating to their employment and benefits. All employees can expect their personal records and matters to be maintained in a confidential manner. We strive to educate and inform employees of policies and procedures relating to their employment at BCTC. We value the diversity of our faculty and staff and are sensitive to our interactions with all employees.
