Tim "X" Davis is the coordinator of Theatre and Film at the Blue Grass Community and Technical College here in Lexington. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Southern Mississippi (MFA 97) and Middle Tennessee State University (BS 93).
Tim has performed and directed all over the southeast and has appeared onstage at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. In the Central KY area, Tim has worked with Actors' Guild of Lexington (where he also serves as an artistic associate) the Lexington Shakespeare Festival, Woodford County Theatrical Arts Association, and the Kentucky History Center. He was also associated for many years with the Ft Harrod Drama Association as both actor and director of the nationally acclaimed outdoor drama Daniel Boone: The Man and the Legend.
Tim is an active board member of the Kentucky Theatre Association (where he serves as the state Auditions coordinator) and a member of the Southeastern Theatre Conference's auditions committee. He also works with the American College Theatre Festival as the circuit coordinator for KY, TN and WV
