You can then activate your account via the User Account Center.

I am having issues logging into my KCTCS account (email, PeopleSoft, Blackboard, etc.). How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, you will need to go to the User Account Center and provide only two of the following four options when prompted:

  1. your student ID number,
  2. social security number,
  3. admissions application reference number,
  4. and/or personal email address.

Filling out more than two options will sometimes result in error.
