BCTC employees are equipped with a personal telephone extension, voice mailbox, and a long distance code. ITS personnel are responsible for providing all telephone equipment, support, and training.
Staff and faculty may request service from Information Technology Services through Work Orders and Trouble Reports as described under Technology Service Requests. A name, contact information, and all pertinent details, including a description of the work to be completed or problems encountered with voice services, should be given when requesting service.
To request cell phones and pagers, a Cell Phone Request form must be filled out. The Cell Phone Request form is available at the following web address:
A supervisor must approve and sign the request and then forward it on to the President’s Office for final approval.
