Each year, BCTC offers scholarships to students who qualify: 
  • Presidential Scholarship for outstanding students 
  • The “Kentucky Colonel’s Better Life” Scholarship for single parents with one or more children under the age of 12. 
  • The Mosaic Scholarships for students involved with Enlace, the BCTC Latino Student Association or the Kentucky Dream Coalition. 

If you do not qualify or do not receive a scholarship or financial aid, don’t panic. BCTC offers payment plans that help break up the cost of college into 2, 3 or 4 payments depending on the date of class registration. Mexican American Legal Defense & Education Fund: 

Scholarships A-Z
Organization based in Arizona. Website contains information about scholarships that don’t require citizenship. 

Migrant Network Coalition
Local organization that offers scholarships to students who do not qualify for FAFSA. 

Society of Professional Hispanic Engineers Foundation
Scholarships for students pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering and/or math. Scholarships do not require citizenship.
