The Kentucky Association of Nursing Students (KANS) is a pre-professional nursing organization. KANS mission is to mentor students preparing for initial licensure as registered nurses, and to convey the standards, ethics, and skills that students will need as responsible and accountable leaders and members of the profession. KANS membership is open to any pre-nursing or nursing student enrolled in an Associate Degree, Diploma, Baccalaureate, generic Masters or generic Doctoral registered nursing programs.
