Pay Dates

BCTC employees are paid on a semi-monthly basis according to a pay schedule.

Time-sheets and absence forms are due to the Payroll Department on each paydate. Supervisors responsibilities are: (1) review time-sheets and absence forms for accuracy, (2) approve and sign time-sheets and absence forms, (3) submit the forms to the Payroll Department or to Human Resources (see also Submitting Time-Sheets and Absence Forms).
