Certain restrictions apply to all ProCards. These restrictions are described in the attachment:

Each ProCard is classified as either a Level I, Level II or Level III card. Level III ProCards have the least number of restrictions. Level II ProCards have fewer restrictions than Level I ProCards. These restrictions are described in the attachment:
Restrictions - By Card Level
Contractor's (for example, for building maintenance) must have a Certificate of Liability Insurance on file with KCTCS purchasing. Must be in compliance with BP 2.6.
