Biography: Kelli, a Lexington native, came to Talent Search at BCTC after spending almost 9 years in Vermont. While there she completed a Bachelor’s degree in English from St. Michael’s College, a Master’s degree from the Bread Loaf School of English at Middlebury College, and worked for 5 years as a high school English teacher in the Essex Junction school system. Her experience in the district’s career/technical school and her one-on-one work with students developed her interest in academic outreach and student support programs. She devotes most of her free time to her growing family – her husband, young son, and two cats.
