Treasury, a division of the KCTCS System Office of Finance, includes the offices of Treasury Management, Student Financials, and Sponsored Projects Accounting. Treasury Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining banking relationships, cash management, investments, and endowment management. Student Financials supports college student finance needs, and is responsible for the functional oversight and maintenance of the Peoplesoft Student Administration Financials module. Sponsored Projects Accounting is responsible for the oversight and management of grants and contracts post award functions, to include accounting, billing, financial reporting, monitoring compliance with applicable Federal, State, and KCTCS regulations, and overseeing all grant and contract audits.
