The Financials/Supply Chain Management (FSCM) system maintains the KCTCS core financial information, including applications related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Asset Management, Budgets, General Ledger, and Purchasing. An example of a transaction processed in the Financials system is when a user creates a Requisition/Purchase Order to acquire goods or services.
Access to the Financials system, its applications and reports is restricted based on job responsibilities at KCTCS.

For example, a user would access the Human Capital Management system and its applications to create a position and hire a new employee into that position.
