BlackBoard Student Services Call Center - Palisa Rushin-Williams

The new 24/7/365 student services center will launch at BCTC in March 2013. This session will provide an overview of the features and functionalities. Phase one will begin with implementation of the service center in the financial aid office, student billing and distance learning.

A vinyasa (flow) class that introduces yoga postures and principles designed to bring strength, flexibility, openness, and awareness of breath into the body. Classic asana (postures), as well as modifications, are introduced to give the beginner and advanced student many options in the develo p.m.ent of a personal practice. Suitable for all levels of yoga student.

*If possible, participants are encouraged to bring a mat with them. There will be some extra mats made available for people to borrow.

Principles discussed are based on the work of Michael Fullan and relate to all college areas and activities. The purpose of this presentation is to do more than help you handle change; it is to give you the opportunity to flourish as change continues to present itself in all its various aspects.

The session will be conducted in a computer lab and will have training and "how to" tips for accessing, updating, and capturing your human resources information with you in the driver's seat. You will also learn shortcuts and quick links for resources such as benefits and retirement.

The new gallery at Leestown Campus presents the works of Don Aters, renowned rock and roll photographer. See never printed before works of John Lennon, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Jerry Garcia and many more. Don has traveled the U.S. taking photographs for 40 years at such festivals as The Summer of Love and Woodstock.
