The Office of Student Empowerment & Success is committed to fostering a supportive environment at Bluegrass Community & Technical College that empowers students to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. Through holistic support services, programming, and targeted resources, we strive to remove barriers, build confidence, and promote student persistence and success. We support the college’s overall mission to transform the Bluegrass Region-one student, one employer, and one community at a time.

It is the vision of Student Empowerment & Success to be a transformative hub where every student is empowered to realize their full potential, overcome challenges, and thrive academically, professionally, and personally. We envision a campus where success is accessible to all, and every student graduates equipped to positively impact their communities and achieve lifelong success.
