The Advanced Manufacturing Center in Georgetown/Scott County is the home of the first Advanced Manufacturing Technician (AMT) Program. The program began in 2010 as a collaboration between Toyota and BCTC. This collaboration now includes 17 manufacturers and won the 2013 National Career Pathways Partnership Excellence Award at the National Career Pathway Network Conference.
