Get Support for Your Online Classes!
Having trouble with the transition to online classes? We are here to help. We know that you may not be accustomed to taking online classes, and we want to make the transition as smooth as possible. See below for a couple of ways we can support you!
Raise Your Hand in an Online Class
Follow these instructions to "Raise Your Hand" in an online class you are having difficulty with. BCTC staff will be notified that you have raised your hand and will reach out to provide assistance.
Request a BCTC Mentor
BCTC is here to help! We understand that right now is a stressful time for many of you, but we are here to support you and help you finish the semester strong. We are providing a BCTC Mentor to any student that requests one. Simply complete the request form or text the First Year Center at the number below, and you will be assigned a mentor. That mentor will check in on you regularly, help answer questions, get you connected to resources that will help you succeed, and assist you in working through any issues you might be having. Even if you just need someone to help motivate you, we can do that. You don't have to do this alone!
