EDP 202 Human Development and Learning (3)
Presents theories and concepts of human development, learning, and motivation and
applies them to interpreting and explaining human behavior and interaction in relation
to teaching across the developmental span from early childhood to adulthood. Requires

EDP 203 Teaching Exceptional Learners in Regular Classrooms (3)
Introduces the characteristics and instructional needs of exceptional learners with
an overview of principles, procedures, methods, and materials for adapting educational
programs to accommodate the integration of exceptional children in regular classrooms,
when appropriate. Requires field experience of a minimum of 12 clock hours in instructor-approved
