Attention: Check your home mail, inbox and BCTC E-Nouncement for upcoming Open Enrollment information. The Department of Employee Insurance (DEI) will be mailing passwords to participants' home addresses.

Welcome to the BCTC Human Resources' webpage guide for 2017 Open Enrollment. Our enrollment period will be October 10th -24th. This is an Active Open Enrollment and Mandatory for all KEHP members. The calendar for HR Assistance,  web links and other helpful open enrollment tools are listed below.

Important Information about the $50 Benefit: All employees will need to pre-plan for your $50 Benefit Allowance election with assistance from HR during one of the Open Enrollment sessions (October 10th -24th). You will receive an email notice if you qualify to enroll in the $50 Benefit Allowance. The $50 Benefit Allowance enrollment election must be completed in e-Benefits (Self-Service/PeopleSoft) beginning October 31st through November 11th to participate in 2017.
