2015 Wellness Day

Join us for a day of professional development as we focus on wellness and healthy living. Learn how to improve your health, try fun exercises, pick up a new hobby, find out how work place habits can impact your health, and more!

Lunch & Registration

Lunch will include sandwiches and a Potluck-Recipe Swap, but to make it successful, we need your help! To merge our wellness theme with the fall season, we need soup and salad donations from you. If you re willing to share your recipe, send a copy of the recipe to Miranda Hines, and she will post the recipe online after the event. Drinks will be on your own so please bring one with you or bring change to purchase one from the vending machine.
