In order to ensure exceptional service to all employees and students, Information Technology Services offers complete technical services at all campuses, including desktop support, open lab services, printing support and more. Network Operations

Network Operations is responsible for operating the college's servers and network equipment. Our goal is to provide a stable and responsive platform for the various network services the college offers. In concert with our internal and external service providers, we monitor the network and servers, troubleshoot performance and security issues, and assist users with access to the college s network resources. We also are responsible for planning and implementing expansions of the network to ensure it meets the college s current and future needs.

The PAD Office provides Bluegrass Community & Technical College with premier Information Technology and business expertise best practice services. In everything we do, our mission is to improve the quality of Information Technology and align those services with the business needs of the college.
