BCTC SGA Launches It's On US Campaign to Help Stop Sexual Assault

CTCs Student Government Association started the Its on US campaign with pledge drives at all six campuses October 5-9. The drive received a great response with 645 people signing their names to the pledge to help stop sexual assault.

Vanessa Hodge, an LCC alumna, from Greenhouse17 (http://greenhouse17.org/) and Lissa Keller from The NEST (http://thenestlexington.org/) provided resources for domestic violence victims and information about volunteer opportunities at their facilities during the October 8 event at Cooper Campus.

BCTC's Student Activities Coordinator Regina Shank, who coordinated the pledge drive, would like to thank everyone who came out to pledge against sexual assault and domestic violence.
