BCTC Theatre to hold auditions for Moliere's Tartuffe January 14-15

The BCTC Theatre program is hosting auditions January 14 and 15 for a March production of Molieres Tartuffe, freely adapted by Charles Edward Pogue. Auditions will take place from 7-10 pm each evening at the Newtown Campus, 500 Newtown Pike, in the Classroom Building basement. Auditions will be held in Room 022 on Thursday, January 14 and room 005 on Friday, January 15. The auditions are cold reading only (no prepared pieces) but be prepared to move and be physical. Resumes are not required but are always welcome. It is not necessary to audition both evenings, though you are welcome and encouraged to if you like.

We are seeking a diverse cast of adults of all ages, and auditions are open to students and the general public. Rehearsals will begin in mid-February and the show opens in late March. A copy of the script will be placed on reserve at the Newtown Campus Learning Commons (library) off the main lobby of the Classroom Building next week. For more information, contact Tim X. Davis on Facebook or call 859-246-6672.
