Spring 2011 Tuition Deadline for Early Registered Students December 3, 2010*

*(Only Students who registered for Spring 2011 semester prior to Nov. 14, 2010)

All BCTC Students who registered for classes for the Spring 2011 semester prior to November 14, 2010 will need to pay your tuition in full by December 3, 2010. Failure to pay tuition in full or make other arrangements for payment including approval of Financial Aid may result in cancellation of enrollment. For account balance information, log onto your student account using PeopleSoft Student Self Service at https://students.kctcs.edu. Thank you for registering for classes at BCTC.

By having enrolled in BCTC classes you are personally liable for payment under the terms and conditions published in college literature and correspondence. Delinquent accounts are subject to late charges and referral to The Kentucky Department of Revenue, which may charge additional fees, and prohibit BCTC from releasing transcripts or permitting future registration until the account is in good standing.

Additional Billing Information

  • If you are paying tuition using Financial Aid, your application must be completed and approved by the deadline date. You may check the status of your aid online at https://students.kctcs.edu. If your award does not cover your entire balance; you must pay the difference by the due date on this bill to avoid late charges. For questions regarding Financial Aid, please contact the Financial Aid Department at 859-246-6300.
  • If you are paying your tuition through 3rd Party assistance verify with your case manager that proper documentation has been submitted to the Student Billing Office, Attention Linda Terry, 215 Oswald Building, Lexington KY 40506. Fax 859-246-4665.
  • If your tuition is covered by a KCTCS Faculty/Staff/Dependent waiver, Please submit a properly completed and approved Employee Initiated Development Tuition Waiver Form, KCTCS Forms HR94 and HR95, to your colleges Human Resources Department.
    • Beginning with classes taken in the Spring 2011 semester, employees who are using the tuition waiver or who have spouses or dependents using the tuition waiver will use the automated form on the Point.
    • The process is easy. Just go to https://thepoint.kctcs.edu/forms/HR94 read the instructions and complete the automated form. Once you hit submit your form is routed to your supervisor (if required), your local Human Resources Office, and either the local point of entry or the KCTCS Benefits Office. You will receive email notification as your form moves through the process.
    • Please contact your local Human Resources Office if you have questions about the tuition waiver program or the new automated process.
