Important Financial Aid Dates

The Financial Aid Office cannot guarantee the arrival or disbursement of funds. The dates represent the earliest date funds can be applied to your account in the Bursar’s Office.

Financial Aid awards cannot be disbursed until the attendance in class has been confirmed. Students who have multiple start dates within a semester cannot receive aid until the class(es) has started. Students whose enrollment changes may have financial aid awards adjusted to reflect any changes made.

All refunds are processed through Bank Mobile.  To activate your Bank Mobile account or to choose your refund preference go to your KCTCS Student Service Center or login to Bank Mobile.

For questions regarding your refund contact the Bursar’s Office at (855) 246-2477 or email bl-bursaroffice@kctcs.edu

SAP Meeting Dates

We review Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeals every business day unless our office/institution is closed. We can only consider complete appeals (with all required documentation) for approval. We defer incomplete appeals until you provide us with the required documentation. We will email your KCTCS email account with the result of your appeal within one business day unless our office/institution is closed.

SAP Appeal Request Deadlines:

  • Summer 2023: July 7, 2023
  • Fall 2023: October 20, 2023
  • Spring 2024: March 22, 2024
The dates listed above represent the last day to submit a complete appeal or documentation for a deferred appeal. At that time, we will automatically deny any appeals for that academic term that are still in a deferred state.
