Federal Work Study Jobs
The Federal College Work Study Program provides jobs for students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to your course of study whenever possible.

Brief Job Description
Assist the BCTC Lawrenceburg Campus Front Office Team. Brief Job Description
Student needs to be able to answer basic computer and smartphone related questions. Student will aid other students with setting up accounts, resetting passwords and setting up MFA. Student will count computer usage in the lab and it is expected to direct students to specific computer specialty software, as well as replenishing supplies for the printer. Student will also help with sanitizing workstations after each use, as well as other safety measures. Student must be respectful and dependable. Some training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Student must be dependable, courteous, punctual and respectful. Knowledge of e-mail, smartphones, and BCTC/KCTCS web sites is required.
- Basic familiarity with storage devices such as USB or Cloud storage is required.
- Basic Internet search and basic familiarity with Microsoft Word (Greater knowledge of MS Office is a plus, but not required).

Brief Job Description
Your main goal is to share BCTC’s many amazing stories through our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Flickr. As a Social Media Influencer, you will help develop and execute campaigns. You’ll also help with creating and editing content using digital devices like cameras and cell phones, gimbals and audio equipment, lighting, and programs like Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

Brief Job Description
This person would report to the Director of Student Success. They would be stationed in the Tutoring Center located in the Classroom Building on Newtown's Campus. They would be responsible for greeting students as they come into the center; assisting students with signing in; pairing students with the appropriate tutor; keeping track of tutor schedules; keeping inventory of supplies needed for tutoring; communicating tutoring needs with the Director; and any other assigned duties.
