Salaries for the entry-level radiographer are competitive with other health professionals with similar educational backgrounds.
A unique partnership exists between Eastern Kentucky University and Bluegrass Community and Technical College. In 2001, BCTC and EKU began a process of establishing opportunities for graduates of BCTC to continue their education at EKU. Opportunities for BCTC graduates to earn a BS degree in either Health Education or Health Services Administration.
Opportunities also exist between Morehead State University and KCTCS. Morehead offers BS degree with a focus in advance technology.
The University of Kentucky offers a baccalaureate degree in Clinical Leadership and Management for experienced health care professionals to gain education and skills in management.
