Information for Suppliers

Suppliers interested in doing business with Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) are encouraged to pre-qualify by registering as a New Supplier on the Supplier Registration Portal.

Suppliers are also invited to review additional information for suppliers which is maintained centrally by Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), including formal invitations to bid with KCTCS.

Supplier Diversity

One goal of the (KCTCS) 2016-2022 Strategic Plan is to cultivate diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion. To that outcome, BCTC is committed to using suppliers who reflect the diversity of the students attending BCTC and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The business classifications used by BCTC to define diverse suppliers include (but are not limited to): ethnic minority designation such as African-American, Asian-American, Native American or other minority ethnicities. BCTC also considers the following as diverse suppliers: businesses owned by women, veterans or individuals with disabilities.
