BCTC Winchester campus director named

WINCHESTER, KENTUCKY – Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) is excited to announce the appointment of Ms. Renee McFall as the new Director of the Winchester Campus, effective July 16, 2024. Ms. McFall brings over 14 years of extensive experience in administrative and leadership roles across social work, employment services, and industry outreach.

Renee recently served as the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Outreach at Eastern Kentucky University. In this role, she has been instrumental in developing key industry partnerships to enhance work-based learning opportunities for students. Her dedication to fostering relationships between academia and industry has significantly contributed to students' practical education and professional development.

Renee’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Studies, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and a Certification in Community Development from Eastern Kentucky University. Her comprehensive academic and professional experience uniquely positions her to lead the Winchester Campus in its mission to provide accessible and high-quality education to the community.
