Sayre Christian Village Joins BCTC’s Network of Education First Employers

Lexington, KY — Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) is proud to announce Sayre Christian Village as the newest member of its Education First Employer program. This designation recognizes organizations that share BCTC’s values and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting employee growth through education, training, and workforce development partnerships.

To earn the Education First Employer designation, companies must offer tuition assistance, flexible scheduling for education, and competitive wages. In addition, they must actively collaborate with BCTC to enhance students’ employability skills and create pathways to high-wage careers in today’s economy.

“Sayre Christian Village has joined the distinguished network of Education First Employers, reinforcing its dedication to advancing education and opportunities for employees,” said Dr. Tracy Spotts, Director of Career Services at BCTC.
