Bluegrass Community and Technical College Names Todd Clark as Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Todd ClarkLEXINGTON, KY — Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) has named Todd Clark as its new Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer (AVP/CIO). Clark will begin his role on March 2, 2026.

As AVP/CIO, Clark will lead the planning, development, implementation, and support of college-wide technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, academic and administrative computing, and instructional technologies. He will oversee Information Technology Services and guide ongoing efforts to modernize infrastructure, expand digital tools, and ensure systems effectively support teaching, learning, and daily operations across all BCTC campuses.

Clark brings more than 28 years of progressive technical and leadership experience across healthcare, the airline industry, technical consulting, and government sectors. He has led large-scale modernization initiatives, strengthened cybersecurity frameworks, and developed strategic IT plans aligned with institutional objectives.

Dr. Greg Feeney, President/CEO of BCTC, emphasized the strategic importance of Clark’s appointment.

In this role, Clark will play a central leadership function in ensuring BCTC’s technology ecosystem remains secure, scalable, and responsive to the evolving needs of students, employees, and the communities the college serves.
