NAREB logoLEXINGTON, KY — Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) will serve as a host site for key events during the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) of Central Kentucky REALTIST Week, a dynamic, week-long celebration of faith, education, and community wealth taking place April 12 – April 18, 2026.

REALTIST Week is the annual signature initiative of NAREB of Central Kentucky, bringing together real estate professionals, community leaders, policymakers, students, and residents for a series of events focused on education, service, advocacy, and connection. The initiative is part of the broader mission of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, which is dedicated to promoting democracy in housing and advancing equitable opportunities in real estate.

As part of the week’s programming, BCTC will host the “All Things Real Estate” Career Fair on Tuesday, April 14 at the college’s Newtown Campus. This event will connect students and job seekers with career pathways and employment opportunities across the real estate industry.

The week will culminate in the Community Wealth Summit on Saturday, April 18, a full-day educational experience focused on homeownership, investing, financial literacy, and strategies for building generational wealth also at the Newtown Campus.

Both events at BCTC will take place in the Classroom Building.

“Bluegrass Community and Technical College is proud to partner with NAREB of Central Kentucky to support REALTIST Week and its mission of expanding access to opportunity,” said Dr. Greg Feeney, President and CEO of BCTC. “By hosting events like the ‘All Things Real Estate’ Career Fair and the Community Wealth Summit, we are creating meaningful connections between education and industry while empowering our students and community members with the knowledge and resources needed to build lasting economic success.”

REALTIST Week reflects a shared commitment to strengthening communities through education, economic empowerment, and equitable access to housing and career opportunities.
