BCTC Student Selected for the U.S. Department of State Scholarship to Study Abroad

Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) and the U.S. Department of State are pleased to announce that Jeffery Ishmael, BCTC student and state legislative intern, is one of only 1,000 American undergraduate students from 386 colleges and universities across the United States selected to receive the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship to study or intern abroad during the 2017-2018 academic year.
