Stephanie Fitch, Bluegrass Community and Technical College's (BCTC) Film and Cinematic Arts Coordinator and member of central Kentucky's Film Commission, coordinated with Lexington Convention & Visitors Bureau, VisitLex, to host four members this past week from the industry's Film Scout Guild as a result of the recent passing of the state's Film Industry Tax Credit, which is used to encourage film production in-state.
