Internships
What are internships?
An internship is a structured, short-term work experience designed to help students or recent graduates bridge the gap between education and employment by combining hands-on work with intentional learning. Internships focus on skill development, career exploration, and professional growth. Internships allow participants to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings, build technical and professional skills, expand their networks, and clarify career goals, while also providing employers with a pipeline of emerging talent.
