LEXINGTON, KY – Bluegrass Community & Technical College (BCTC) is now accepting registrations for the Fall 2025 semester. New and returning students are encouraged to take advantage of open registration to secure their spot in the upcoming academic term.

Open Registration Period: March 1 – May 11

Enrollment is now open for the Fall 2025 semester, with students who register during the open period automatically entered to win a FREE class (up to 3 credit hours, in-state tuition + fees). This opportunity is part of BCTC’s ongoing efforts to support students in achieving their academic goals.

Advising Information

New students who have been admitted will receive an email acceptance letter with a link to schedule an advising appointment. You can choose from various advising options: phone, online, or in-person. Returning students have also received emails with links to schedule advising appointments, but those who have trouble accessing the links can reach out to BL_Advising@kctcs.edu for assistance.

Convenient Support at The Den (Newtown Campus)

Representatives from admissions, advising, financial aid, and the bursar's office are available at The Den on the Newtown Campus to assist both prospective and current students with enrollment. Walk-in assistance is available during regular hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. until May 11

Regional Campuses

Advising by appointment is also available at the Danville, Georgetown, Lawrenceburg, and Winchester regional campuses. For those who prefer remote assistance, BCTC offers convenient online services. Contact the respective departments for support via email or call 855-246-2477.

How to Apply

Prospective students who have not yet applied to BCTC can submit an online application. Once the application is complete, students who are not yet enrolled can visit campus or set up a pre-advising appointment. Current students can also walk in or schedule an advising appointment via the BCTC advising page.

Students can complete the first two years of their education at BCTC, saving money before transferring to a four-year institution for the final two years of their degree.
