Request Student Accessibility Services (SAS)

How do I request services?

Students needing academic accommodations should contact Student Accessibility Services (SAS) to discuss documentation, accommodations, and notification procedures.

To schedule an appointment, call (859) 246-6963 or email BL-SAS@kctcs.edu. Referrals can also be made by parents, faculty, staff, or agencies, but services are provided only upon student request. All referrals are confidential, and disclosure of disability information is at the student's discretion.

Instructors will be notified of accommodations only at the student's request. To do so, complete and sign a request form, available in the SAS office or online. A new form is required each semester or whenever your schedule changes.
