Student Photo IDs

FREE BCTC Student Photo IDs at one of the locations below. Please call for hours of operation and to ensure equipment is working at any of the campuses.

Your first photo ID is free. Replacements are $10, please pay in the Student Billing Office and bring the receipt as proof of payment.

Students must have a valid form of ID as well as their KCTCS student ID number.

Accepted forms of ID:

  • Driver’s License
  • Military ID
  • Passport
  • Visa
  • High School ID
  • State ID

If you do not have any of the above IDs, you can use the following method:

Copy of BCTC class schedule AND one of the following:

  • Social Security Card
  • Library ID
  • Birth Certificate

How to Get your ID

Student ids are not available at the Cooper Campus. Students must come to the Newtown Campus to receive an id. Contact bctc-hub@kctcs.edu with any questions.
