Admittance
To be qualified for admittance, the student must attend one of the target schools served by Bluegrass Community & Technical College. There are income qualifications that are established by the U.S. Department of Education that should be met, and/or the student should be considered "first generation" which means that neither of their parents have a four year degree.
Upward Bound encourages everyone interested to apply for admittance. Unless we receive an application, we cannot determine eligibility.
