Paramedic Program Application

Announcements

Georgetown and Danville Cohorts begin in the Fall.

Application and information session attendance due by July 1.

Leestown Cohorts begin in the Spring.

Application and information session attendance due by November 1.

Classes will be from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Candidates can generally expect to complete 12-24 hours per week of clinical and field time in order to complete the course during the second and third semesters.

The fourth semester will be your capstone (internship) and National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) exam prep, which meets once a week.

Other Fees and Purchases

Purchasing textbooks is your responsibility as a student. You can purchase your books directly from the publisher or through the BCTC Bookstore on Leestown Campus. Uniforms must be purchased from the bookstore; it is encouraged to have 2 sets of uniforms.

Testing fees, software fees, etc. are not included and are your responsibility as the student.

Platinum Testing and skills tracker is approximately $90 per student.
