Print the document and turn in your form to a Registrar's Office listed below or email as a pdf to Bluegrass-StudentRecords@kctcs.edu or fax to (859) 246-4666.

  2. If you need a personal code to set up your BankMobile Account please visit the BankMobile website.
    If you are still encountering issues with obtaining a personal code, please email us at Bluegrass-StudentRecords@kctcs.edu with your KCTCS student ID# and full name.

  4. As a student at Bluegrass Community & Technical College, you will need to be familiar with accessing your academic records, email, and coursework online.

    All of these can be accessed online from our homepage.

    Note: Steps 1 & 2 can be completed after you are admitted to BCTC.

    1. Using Mozilla Firefox (Internet Browser), open our homepage.
    2. At the top-left corner of the page, click "Current Students"
    3. Click on "User Account Center"
    4. Click "Setup User Profile"
    5. Select the appropriate "Birth Month, Day, and "KCTCS ID" number (this may be called your Peoplesoft ID#) then click "Next"
    6. Enter your temporary passcode. This will have been sent to the email address you listed on your application.
    7. Complete the "Question/Answer" fields and click "Next"
    8. Your "Username", (i.e. JSmith0012), will be provided to you. Write this down!
    9. Create a password and confirm.
      Your password must be 12 characters in length, contain at least one number, a symbol, and an uppercase letter.
    10. If your password was created correctly you will receive the message "Your password has been successfully set!!!"

    3. Click on "Student Self Service"
    4. Click on "Login Here"
    5. Enter your username and password from Step 1

    Your Email account will be active 24 hours after completing your Registration
