International Student Services Consent to Release

Complete the ISS Consent to Release Form

Due to FERPA guidelines, the BCTC International Student Services Office cannot communicate any information about a student to a third party unless the student has authorized the third party to have access to their international student file.

If you wish to provide authorization to a friend, family member, sponsor, or other third party, you must complete the ISS Consent to Release Form. If at any time you wish to withdrawal your authorization, submit a new form and indicate "I revoke access to my International Student File".
