The Financial Aid Office cannot guarantee the arrival or disbursement of funds. The dates below represent the earliest date funds can be applied to your account. All dates are tentative and subject to change.

Important reminder: Course attendance must be confirmed before a disbursement will occur. Students enrolled with multiple start dates may have a delay in the processing of funds until all coursework has been confirmed.

SAP Meeting Dates

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeals are due every Friday by 4:00pm. A SAP Appeal must be complete with all documentation required to be reviewed. Results are mailed after the SAP Review is completed via United States Postal Service (USPS) to the address listed on student self-service account.

The Financial Aid Office is currently reviewing SAP Appeals for the Summer 2019 and Fall 2019 semesters.

  • The last day to appeal for Summer 2019 is JULY 5, 2019*

What is a completed SAP Appeal Request?

  1. A completed and signed BCTC SAP Appeal Request form
  2. Typed, signed statement from the student that includes the following:
    • Detailed reason why you have not maintained SAP.
    • Explain how your situation has been resolved to ensure SAP is met in the future.
  3. Documentation that supports your reason for not maintaining SAP. View examples of documentation for not maintaining SAP.
