KCTCS Refund Program (BankMobile)

When will I receive my refund/residual check?

KCTCS has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to process student refund payments. For more information about BankMobile, visit BankMobile's Refund Choices page.

Refunds are processed every Thursday

  • Check your refund preference and update your account information by logging into your Bank Mobile (Higher One) account at bankmobilevibe.com. For questions, call Bank Mobile at 1-866-629-4368.

  • New students can establish their refund preference by following the steps below:

From the Student Homepage

  1. Click on the Account Balance tile.

  2. From the menu on the left, click on the Select Refund Preference.

  3. Click to setup your Bank Mobile Profile.

KCTCS has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to process student refund payments. Student are required to choose from one of the following three options for receiving refunds due to them: 

  1. ACH transfer to a bank account of their choice.
  2. Paper check mailed to the student address on file.
  3. Refund to a BankMobile Vibe account.
